shoplot restoran yang serba lengkap,siap sedia untuk berniaga untuk disewa rm7k sebulan.
saiz restoran 22x80. sales harian sblm nie rm1500-1800 sehari.(masakan melayu)
lokasi ditengah2 bandar kajang. depan pintu mpkj/mahkamah/sek kajang.
atau sesiapa yg berpengalaman dan berminat untuk menjadi rakan kongsi dialu alukan utk berbincang.
masalah saya ialah baru kene serbu dengan imegresen dan xda tukang masak/maid skrg.
tukang masak yang berminat berniaga amat2 dialu-alukan sbg rakan kongsi.
