My Kitchen Restaurant established in year 2004 with her upstream from Melaka which has been established since 1950’s by her grandfather Wong See Tin who is from China, and were made famous in Melaka, Jalan Tengkera since then, especially the authentic home-recipe of Hainanese Mutton Herbs Soup.
Along with the development and changes of the society, many authentic home-recipes are slowly being eliminated. And, this also causes the young generation has no knowledge about their own clan’s food history.
Looking at disappearance of these authentic clan’s food soon in the society, we are just doing our very best to give it an extra mileage to sustain it in the market as far as we can. That is why, we are looking for potential and interested investors to come along with us with just one objective – to sustain our very own home-recipes, that is Melaka Hainanese Cuisine.

We only have 1 objective to licensing My Kitchen, that is to share our very own family recipes since 1950’s, and increase the awareness of Melaka Hainanese Cuisine which will soon eliminate from the society.
We don’t ask million dollars from you, but we requested your passion and appreciation towards the food.
On-going Licensing Management and Advertising Fee :
Monthly Management Fee at only 5% of Monthly Gross Sales
Monthly Advertising Fee at only 3% of Monthly Gross Sales

This guideline is base on the investment for an outlet of the size of approximately 1,600 sq.ft.
Total Estimated Investment : RM218,000
Estimated Monthly : RM8,000 – RM15,000
Net Profit
Estimated ROI : 2 year 2 months – 1 year 2 months
Of course, how fast the ROI could be is also depends on the investors’ initiative to create all sales opportunity such as delivery service, catering function, participated in all kind of food activities and etc.
How to Start with Us?
1st – Visit our restaurant to try our food. Gain the knowledge and understanding of the business.
The reason is we want you to know and agreed the business you are interested in.
2nd – Propose to us your chosen location and present relevant documents like bank statement & etc.
3rd – Once you are qualified, Licensing Agreement will be signed and Fee to pay, then the project will start with immediate effect.
