Currently we are looking for Receptionist cum Admin&HR assistant to work with us.

Job Specification -
Provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.The receptionist will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies as well as additional clerical duty

REQUIREMENT:
1. Minimum SPM,Diploma
2. Good looking and personality (Female Only)
3. Required skill(s): Able to communicate & writing in Malay & English, ability to handle general works, computer literate.
4. Proactive and can work independently
5. Able to handle office equipment e.g. photostat & fax machine, scanner, and attend to all admin matters
6. Responsible and able to handle multi-tasking work
7. Working location Mutiara Damansara, Petaling Jaya (near IKEA)
8. Office hours 9AM - 6PM (Monday to Friday)
9. Have own Transport
