Salam semua

Disini saya ada reban ayam untuk dijual berserta ayam dan tanah sekali dalam 2ekar lebih di kuang selangor..
Disini ada sedikit info untuk bakal2 pembeli...

1) 2 unit reban,boleh muat 60k ayam dalam 1 reban
2) Ada 120k ayam dan sentiasa keluar masuk..
3) Contract bersama ayamas..(contract tinggal dlm 1thn
lagi,boleh sambung contract..)
4) Bekalan benih dan makanan disediakan oleh pihak
ayamas...
5) Pekerja beserta rumah sedia ada
6) Tanah seluas 2ekar lebih status leasehold rezab
melayu...

Owner nak tolak semua diatas,taknak pening2 kapala lagi,Total price RM1.5mil...nego..boleh duduk bincang sampai letgo..siapa cepat dia dapat..
