Size : 73.2481 Hactares ( 181.00 Acres )
Status Land : Goverment Reserve
Approval : For agriculture oil palm or rubber
Mineral : Iron Ore
Grade : Hermitide
FE : 55% - 60%
Estimate Size Reserve Iron Ore : 5 mill - 7 mill metric tonne

2.Term & Condition of joint venture :-

a).Investor must fund 100% cost of :-
*Lawyer Firm
*Secretary Firm
*Bouring Firm
*SGS Report.
*EIA Report.
*All Other cost ready documentation for get approval SKC,ML,MC and AP.

b).We as Main Contractor transfer our share to investor with share 30 : 70 ( Main Contractor : Investor ).
c).Deposit when sign aggrement JV RM500,000.00 ( refunable 80% after sales )
d).Authority sign cheque by both party ( investor and Main Contractor ).
e).Other are discuss later.

3. Please comply attach following process flow :-

b). Copy Profile Company / Biodata Funder.
c). Copy Resolusion Company / photocopy IC / Pasport

e). Copy proof of fund ( POF ) by local bank ( Minimum RM 3,000,000.00 ).
f). Copy Bank Guarantee Letter.
g). Copy draft jointventure aggrement
h). Copy proof list of machinery licence & Labour worker.
i). Copy draft proposal opencasting mining iron ore.
