JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
? Responsible for the sales and marketing of residential, commercial and industrial properties
? Meet monthly sales target set by the Management
? Attend to customer enquiries and assist them in relation to pre and post matters in a professional manner (prompt customer service)
? Provide follow up and value added service to new and existing customer (secure sales confirmation from potential customer)
? Ensure all sales related document are duly complete
? Manage and maintain a proper Purchaser filling record for the project assigned
? To participate in promotion and marketing of the property via exhibition, road show, launching etc.
? Assist with any other assignment as and when required
JOB REQUIREMENTS
? At least three (3) year of working experience in property / real estate industry (as property sales executive or Negotiator)
? Knowledge of workflow for completing the sale and purchase agreement and loan documentations.
? Possess own transport, willing to work and travel in Selangor and Kuala Lumpur
? Possess the passion and drive to succeed in property
