I am M&E Contractor at TNB and pursued to upgrade the class 1 next month. My operation office at Kuala Lumpur. I have 5 staff. Currently job doing 132/275kv Substation and overhead lines jobs.my turnover is 1~2 mill /year
My objective is i am wanted to going bigger player at TNB and maybe other utility company. My chairman is one of the top polictical player. I wan to sell 30% of my company shere to the genuine profesional engineer and other 30% for the funder which have strong capabilities.

hie, roughly how much the said 30% of the share worth? i'm know some one with the Ir title and with vast working experience over 20yrs and last 13yrs doing electical things both onshore and offshore.

I wanted to do killing market based on the internal connection and product it self. now my current job at perak 275 kV substation. to replace all the lighning rod. the future project is i am targeting the transfomer,circuit breaker and reactor, cap banks. transfomer job woth around 18mil inclusive replacement and installation. any parties are serious we can discuss further at my office or somewhere in bangsar. i am 32 years old, i need back up off profesional director and strong financial funder for my next project at TNB. i am a genuine contractor. please email yugaz@tng.com.my

Since i have a few genuine candidates for the professional partner and now i am looking for the financial back up or funder for my M&E companies. My existing client is TNB. I Did a HV and OH lines project. Current project in hand is supply and install Franklin ROD at PMU Kuantan north and PMU GOPENG,BIDOR ,Chenderoh. My plan after this i am targeting for the asset maintenance and asset development project for Transformer, capacitor banks, reactors, and circuit breakers.
Funder for the project will gain 30% from the net profit value of the companies or JV basis. Funder should show proof of fund and capabilities to issue BG and LC or OD working capital at least RM 20Million but 10 Million will be considered.
Funder also should agreed to the other directors if company plan to killing the market price due to the competitive tender participants by a giant company. M&E class 1 company or civil CLASS A will be considered to be a partner and personnel investor also welcomes . All Proposal and intention will be bind in to the agreement.
