Procedures:

1. Buyer issues Letter of Intent (LOI) to Seller

2. Seller, issues Soft Corporate Offer (SCO) to Buyer.

3. Buyer issues Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO) + Proof of Fund (POF) - MT199/Pre-Advise MT103 .

4. The Seller, issues Full Corporate Offer (FCO) to Buyer.

5. Buyer returns back FCO with sign and seal if accepted all the term and condition together with Draft Documentary Letter of Credit (DLC)/Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC) and Performance Bond (PB) format addressed to Seller

6. Seller, sends the Draft Contract to Buyer.

7. Buyer returns back Draft Contract with initial sign after check and understand all terms and conditions contained in the contract.

8. Seller sends a Letter of Invitation to Buyer for the formal signing of the Contract .Seller and Buyer will sign a contract in the presence of their lawyers (if needed). However the contract signing also can be made through the electronic signing.

9. Both the Seller and Buyer will lodge the signed and sealed contract (SPA) at their respective bank. Seller issue the Pro-forma Invoice to Buyer. Then the Buyer?s bank will SWIFT DLC to the Seller?s bank (also cc the copy to the Seller).

10. Within 3 Banking days after receipt the above documents, the Seller?s bank will issue the 2% Performance Bond (PB) to the Buyer?s bank to activate the DLC.

11. Within 5 working days, Seller will provide all other relevant documents (POP) from PETRONAS DAGANGAN BERHAD pertaining to the transaction, i.e. Allocation Title, Confirmation of Cargo Readiness Letter (CCRL), Certificate of Origin, Storage Tank Receipt, Pro-Forma Invoice ?Act Of Transfer? and Dip-Test Authorization (DTA) to be send to the Buyer?s bank.

Notes that the name of buyer?s Marine Cargo will appears in the CN as consignee.

12. The laycan dates and laycan times will be confirmed by PETRONAS.

13. After receipt satisfactory Dip Test Analysis result from the SGS Surveyor appointed by Buyer, the Buyer?s bank will issue, under the selling conditions agreed, according to this contract (FOB ? upon Q&Q) after the successful DTA and Q&Q, a 100% payment via MT-103 Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) against the Commercial Invoice (CI) amount to Seller?s designated account, in exchange for the Title of the Cargo, Export permits, shipping documents and Q&Q.

14. Shipment commences as per Contract.
