1. Secretarial and administrative tasks such as drafting of letters and memos, maintaining a proper filing system, answering calls and attending to faxes, mail and courier services
2. Handling of incoming and outgoing mails, faxes, emails memos etc.
3. Maintaining a good and systematic filing system.
4. Arrange appointments & meetings.
5. Traveling arrangement such as booking of flights, accommodation & transports.
6. F&B arrangement such as booking of restaurant and functions.
7. Preparation and compilation of confidential correspondence, minutes of meeting and business report.
8. Handle company insurance and licenses matters.
9. Attending local and international corporate events.
10. Liaise with company partner, clients, supplier, government agencies, banks and other statutory body.
11. Prepare materials for exhibition and pitching
12. To undertake other ad-hoc duties specified by the Directors from time to time.
Job Specification:
1. Aged 35 years old and above
2. Minimum SPM, Private Secretarial Studies or Diploma in relevant field.
3. Preferably 1 or more years? working experience. Fresh graduates may also apply.
4. Good written and spoken in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
5. Good discretion with pleasant disposition.
6. Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
7. Works well independently; initiated and resourceful.
8. Strong multi-tasking ability with good attention to details and deadlines.
