Kepada sesiapa yang bermurah hati dapat membenarkan saya melihat dengan lebih dekat lagi bagaimana proses pengurusan kedai dobi dijalankan. Dari mula terima baju dari pelanggan sehinggalah kita serahkan semula kepada pelanggan.
