BAZAAR - LAMAN BUDAYA @ DATARAN MERDEKA
1.Rental Rates:
* 5ft x 10ft (RM300/week- Sat & Sun)
* 10ft x 10ft (RM500/week- Sat & Sun)
Full rental amount must be made upon registration for confirmation. Cash Terms Only.
2.Set up & Dismantling:
Set up Saturday before 2.00pm.Dismantling Sunday after 10pm.
3.Terms and conditions:-
TRADERS must abide to:
Remain open for business for the entire operation hours:
Saturday – 2.30pm – 12.00 midnight
Sunday- 10.00am – 10.00pm
Space must be kept clean at all times
Only approved products listed in registration form is allowed
Additional fixtures or panels for display must have prior approval
No refund for ‘no show’ or replacement of another
No sharing or subletting is allowed
Food traders must use gloves, apron and cap for hygiene purposes
Position of each trader is determine by Organizer
Traders are not allowed to move or change their position without prior approval
Storage of goods must not obstruct the public walkway and be kept tidy
Traders must produce receipt of payment for trading in the premise
Organizers will not be responsible for any loss or damage of goods during the Bazaar
In breach of above terms & conditions, Organizer has the right to remove trader/s from trading. All payments and/or deposit will be forfeited. Organizer will not be held responsible for any mishaps or accidents incurred during the operational hours of the Bazaar.
