Saya ada sebuah restoran hendak disewa beserta kelengkapan restoran.

Lokasi Restoran:
-Lundang, Kota Bharu
-Sebelah OUM (Open University)
-Berdekatan dengan Balai Islam Lundang
-Berdekatan dengan TEMAN- tempat pemborong sayur, ayam, ikan dll
-Berdekatan dengan taman-taman perumahan, KBMC
-Kedudukan strategik

Harga Sewa sebulan:
-**RM3600 (untuk 1 hingga 6 bulan harga sewa RM3000)
-Deposit-1 bulan + RM500 (elektrik dan air)

Senarai barang dalam restoran:
1.Meja kayu -11 pcs
2.Kerusi kayu -16 pcs
3.Banquet chair -28 pcs
4.Meja aluminium -3 pcs
5.Kerusi aluminium- 6 pcs
6.Tv 32 inci ? 2 unit
7.Peti sejuk ? 2 unit (frozen dan biasa)
8.Stainless steel tempt masak tempat masak 3 ? 1 unit
9.Stainless steel 2 layer ( bancuh air) ? 1 unit
10.Stainless steel dapur roti canai ? 1 unit
11.Hook dapur - 1 unit
12.Dan lain-lain barang keperluan restoran
