-tiada elaun dan penginapan disediakan (penginapan boleh tolong cari)
-bonus kutipan hasil tanaman setiap musim akan dibayar kepada pelajar,; jika tempoh praktikal telah tamat dan musim tanaman masih berjalan, maka bonus akan tetap diberi kepada pelajar sesudah habis musim tanaman.
