We started by serving the Malaysian laundry industry in pre-operation services, installation services, maintenance services, and after-sales support services.
The knowledge in laundry equipment handling and support services done in the past has given us the advantages none of the laundry operators turned suppliers has, i.e. Specialization and expertise in laundry equipment technical sales and services. Our objectives are to provide laundry businesses with the ?Overall Laundry Solution? (OLS) and also ongoing support to the laundry businesses mainly in the technical support area. We hope that our packages and equipment supplies will fulfill our laundry equipment needs in term of pricing and after-sales services. ?We Sell and We Care!?
SERVICE & MAINTENANCE:
Our company focuses on supporting laundry businesses in protecting the investment they have made in the laundry business especially the laundry equipment. We help you to do this by offering Preventative Maintenance Programs which can be adjusted to meet your specific demands.
Preventative Maintenance is carried out by trained technicians based on our machinery checklists, which cover all of the manufacturers? recommendations. We strongly recommend that these services are carried out periodically throughout the year, but this can be customized to your laundry requirements. The entire maintenance program can be documented and a copy of each service will be given to the customer as well as being logged into our data base.
We know from experience that laundry facilities are crucial to many businesses. Every customer with a PMA (Preventative Maintenance Agreement) receives priority service if a breakdown occurs, to minimize downtime.
DELIVERY / INSTALLATION / TESTING & COMMISSIONING:
From site assessment to programming and commissioning of your machinery, our fully trained team will work with you ensuring minimal business interruption.
SPARE PARTS / REPAIR / MAINTENANCE:
We carry our own spare parts for our customers? conveniences. Repairs and Maintenance services are available from our Service & Maintenance Division.
WARRANTY:
Warranties are available on product by product basis or customers? agreement basis. For warranties of MARD SALES AND SERVICES ?Laundry Packages? all warranties should cover at least 1 month to 1 year (depends on the products or equipment) for manufacturer defects only unless stated otherwise.
CONSULTATION:
We provide consultation for all of our packages. We can also provide consultation on shop setup or other relevant matters pertaining to the laundry business. From small scale up to industrial scale laundry setup, all consultations are chargeable unless stated otherwise.
