I am the owner of a ground floor retail lot at Damansara Perdana, Metropolitan Square, Petaling Jaya (1210 sq feet with 20 feet high ceiling ? can build mezzanine flooring, basically rent one floor for 2) as would like to rent out to coffee house/pub/bistro owners/business owners. Nearby there are uncountable numbers of offices and resident condominiums with amble parking; guarantee to have a good business.

Dear Girl,
There are about 5 F&B outlets on ground floor and 2 on 1st floor. After first floor, the next 4 floors are office lots. On top of all those, there are 5 blocks of condo (people aready move in). By end 2008, another block of service apartment will be ready. Nearby there are at least 10 blocks of apartments and a Damansara Perdana Business Centre.
