Our company need a contractor to build a sports centre consisting of futsal and badminton courts. The centre will be built on 3 acres land from GROUND UP.

The main job (ground up construction) consists of:

1- Plan drawing
2- Earth work
3- Building a dismantle-able steel framing arena (IBS) - steel beam, truss, wall panel, roofing and etc..
4- Gate & fence
5- Pavement flooring for parking purpose
6- Electrical system
7- Piping system
8- CCTV system
9- Painting
10- Signboard and billboard

The compulsoryrequirement is your company has experienced in developing at least any 1 sport centre in Malaysia from GROUND UP.

For example:
Sports Planet, Ferro Futsal, Real Sports Arena, Soccer XL, Sports Seven and etc

For flooring job, your company can join without ground up construction experience as mentioned above. Below are information about the court:

FUTSAL
8 x MSN sized court (16m x 26m)
1 x FIFA sized court (23m x 43m)

BADMINTON
10 x international sized court (6.1m x 13.4m)

For futsal and badminton flooring, please state:

1- Type of flooring - synthetic turf, rubber, interlock
2- Brand and country of origin
3- Product brochure
4- Test certificate
5- Picture
6- Accesories i.e goal post, netting (state the material), badminton post and etc..

Please submit the quotation for flooring in price per squarefeet/squaremeter and price for accesories per piece/pair.

Misc - Software for sports centre management, online booking, membership and etc.. Please submit the software brochure and client portfolio.
