zul u blh sewa di Family Cafe Recipe di Jalan Kebun,Shah Alam berdekatan dengan Kota Kemuning sb sdg offer kepada peniaga untuk buka stall Makan Tengahari,col Azmi/Ustaz Hashim-013-2584797/014-6672707 utk lihat tapak.Stall disediakan.

Sewa saya bagi rendah untuk cepat orang bniaga n cepat tarik pelanggan. RM450 sebulan utk menu biasa....
RM300 bagi menu ringan...
kedai saya unifii, skrin projektor, dkt tepi jln besar (hiway NPE), parking senang n banyak....
