- Maklumat komputer diperlukan iaitu 1- PRODUCT ID PADA STICKER WINDOWS LAMA 2- SPESIFIKASI KOMPUTER
- Pemilik komputer iaitu nama, alamat dan telefon untuk records dan pendaftaran mendapat product key windows dan office
