Perlu faham barang kita ambik kat supplier pakai cash..kalau buyer tak jadi ambik barang kan jd satu maslah buat saya nak rolling modal.jadi untuk play safe sy mintaklah pmbeli bankin kan 50% dari harga penuh.

Kepada SYS:ye semua bisnes ada risiko tetapi kita sebgai owner bisnes haruslah meminimumkan risiko tersebut..awk mmg berhak bersuara tapi itu syrat saya..kalau rasa boleh ikut awak ikut kalau rase tak boleh nak awak try cari seller lain.

COD=cash on delivery..tapi bila time COD buyer tak datang?nak jadi ape dengan COD tadi?Cancel on delivery?

50% itu untuk lock buyer bukan sengaja atau nak menyusah kan buyer..

harap faham.Saya ni baru nak meniaga jadi mintakla support kawan2..

Ideally, to seller..im know ur position,so, the best way is...u just bagi tau ur location then buyer will collect..then COD...if they unable to collecting the good,finished...then u can keep that as a stock...

nowdays,by the time talk about money..people change...
i dah lalui deal with this kind of bisness..."X" guy selling all the HP/Electronic/etc...stay at KK sabah,i send somebody to look & deal with 'X" guy..."x"guy was busy,cannot meet...so my frenz stand down to meet him..."x"guy offer to send via pos,give all the details,tracking no,without any single cent i have to pay...so the next day,courier service was call me,then barang x bleh release...coz shipper instruct them to hold...i rang "X "guy,he need me to bank in half of the price...WTH!!! i not even know what the thing is to deliver,n then courier service also scammed( located 3rd floor,no 16)which is booth...doesnt make sense courier service operated in booth..

so what is the agenda..

doing the bisnes must be clear,seller have a right "take it or leave it"...even buyer also..

IDEALLY:-
1) meet seller directly..
2) buyer x dpt datang..send somebody to collect..
3) seller..u have the clear agenda "sell,past he physical & get the amount"
4) sincere..
