salam saya ingin menjual salah satu bisnes pakaian yang terletak di tgkt 2 bukit jambul,penang.

lokasi amat strategik ,kadar sewa bayaran bulanan yg murah (melalui saya coz dlm proses pembelian kedai itu)

tumpuan pembeli2 luar dari penang juga ramai dan telah mempunyai customer tetap yang ramai.

sebab menjual kerana saya tidak berkesempatan untuk menguruskan kedai kerana telah berpindah mengikut suami.

harga RM50K sahaja (nego) termasuk peralatan dan perabut.
