Invitation to Join #TunPerakFest
In conjuction of celebrating 30th anniversary of Kolej Tun Perak (KTP), Universiti Putra Malaysia, Serdang is organizing a huge event of celebration that will attracts all university student, and visitors expected 20,000 around Serdang, Bangi, Putrajaya and many more!
We, Kolej Tun Perak would like to invite 80 onlineshop / offlineshop / foodtiers / fashionista / and all of you to join our upcoming event, Tun Perak Fest 2015 as vendor!
Below are details for
Event : TUN PERAK FEST 2015
Date : 27th-29th March 2015
Time : 10AM ? 10PM
Venue : Kolej Tun Perak, Universiti Putra Malaysia Serdang
Please find below package for vendors
Booth Rental:
-Normal Rate : RM800 for 3days
-Early birds : RM600 for 3 days
(limited to first 20 booth only)
-Additional RM100 refundable deposits for cleanliness require, deposits can be claim after carnival, provided vendors keep booth?s area clean during and after carnival
-Must take all 3 days
TYPE A (10? X 10? BOOTH)
Each booth is consist of
-Area of 10' x 10'
-1table 3' x 3' & 1chair
-Powerpoint on sharing basis
-ceiling fan and lighting each tent
-please bring your own table cloth
-venue is outdoor but in sheltered area
TYPE B (FOOD TRUCKS)
Vendor will get
-1 parking lot
-Cooking allowed
How To Rent a Booth?
- Total payment for early birds RM700 (RM600 booth rental + RM100 refundable deposit)
- Once payment has been made, it is not refundable if there's any cancellation or change of mind.
- Full payment for early birds by 13th March 2015
Terms & Conditions:
-Vendors are not allowed to sell Mineral water / can drinks, but any other drinks are allowed, please specify your products below
-All vendors should be prepared in each booth at least 9am for all three days
-Sharing booth allowed
-All display items must be allocated within the booth area only. (Permission for extensions need to inform the organiser before setting up)
-All vendors are allowed to leave their display items at your own risk, however we do provide Security Guards that will be placed in Carnival area. If you wish to leave your items, it is advisable to cover / wrap your belongings with canvas.
-Each tent will be provided with plug point and fan on a sharing basis however all vendors are welcome to bring their own generator for extra electric capacity
-Vendors are responsible to keep your booth/ area clean, and does not block / interrupt any route (Penalty will be charge if there is any obstruction without permission/ or booth area is not clean)
-All food must be ready packed & no cooking allowed in booth area.
