Saya ingin mencari tanah untuk di jual di kawasan sungai petani-pinang tunggal-padang serai untuk dijadikan tempat kediaman.Keluasan 0.5 ekar - 1.5 ekar....harga diantara 25k - 35k

Tuan, saya ada tanah pertanian seluas 6 relong atau 4.27 ekar di teluk bayu, sungai petani kedah. Tanah ini asalnya kebun getah tetapi telah ditebang dan terbiar dan sekarang naik pokok belukar muda. Di keliling tanah ini ada dusun, sawit dan getah. Bentuk tanah adalah landai. Ada jalan batu masuk sampai ke tanah ini. Kancil pun boleh masuk. harga nak jual RM260,000 untuk kesemua tanah ini.
