Tuan-Puan, saya adalah seorang Pemaju Perumahan, Peladang, Pemborong Perumahan & Pertanian, Pemilik Hotel & Resort, Pengusaha Industri dan Pengangkutan.

Saya hanya berminta untuk mengambil tanah-tanah untuk dimajukan secara usahasama tidak kira tanah rezab melayu atau bukan rezab melayu. Pembahagian yang saya tawarkan adalah seperti berikut:*

1. Pertanian: 20% untuk pemilik dan 80% untuk pemaju daripada hasil.

2. Perumahan: 20% untuk pemilik dan 80% untuk pemaju.

3. Kondominium: 15% untuk pemilik dan 85% untuk pemaju.

4. Hotel & Resort: 10% untuk pemilik dan 90% untuk pemaju.

5. Wang Pendahuluan tidak diberi, tanpa rasuah.

6. Wang Pegangan tidak diberi.

7. Tanah tidak dicagar atau digadai. Cagaran dan gadaian hanya untuk pembeli yang layak membeli.

8. Tempoh siap: (a) Pertanian 25 - 30 tahun. (b) Perumahan 5 tahun. (c) Kondominium 7 tahun. (d) Hotel & Resort selama-lama.

9. Pemaju menanggung segala kos pembangunan dan kemajuan.

Hanya projek rumah mampu milk serta bandar baru macam Sri Iskandar Perak boleh diterima

If have requirement from Kuala Lumpur Kampung Baru project make sure the whole people in Kampung Baru aggred the ratio percentage from my developer/investor, but project for affordable housing only if luxury homes not allowed 🚫 So the Kampung Baru land not selling to third party and political members

Please make sure your siblings agree with the developer of the land to be developed with my investors
