Saya mempunyai tanah seluas 1.35 ekar di Tuaran, sudah mempunyai 16 chalet, 1 jeti memancing, beberapa kayak, dan kelengkapan chalet yang lain.

Sekarang memerlukan pelabur untuk menyuntik dana 500k-1 juta untuk bangunkan resort.

Saya sudah mengeluarkan dana hampir sejuta untuk membeli tanah tersebut dan me'level' semula kawasan tersebut tetapi dana tidak mencukupi untuk membangunkan infrastruktur yang selesa untuk pelanggan.

Resort sebelum ini beroperasi sejak 2010, boleh search Google ''Sulaman Eco Resort'', kini saya lebih serius dengan membeli tanah tersebut yang sebelum ini hanya menyewa.

Kertas kerja sudah ada, sesiapa yang berminat PM saya untuk emailkan kertas kerja.

Pulangan lebih dari 100% untuk tahun pertama pelaburan, dan jangkaan meningkat setiap tahin akan datang kerana di Sabah belum ada resort seperti saya.
