saya izaham dari Penang...

mencari pelabur untuk membina 2buah gelanggang futsal di pulau pinang (pulau) anggaran modal rm400k.. saya sanggup bayar sebulan rm12k x 60 bulan... atau keuntungan 50 50...

aggrement pihak pelabur boleh buat dan kalau kedua2 pihak setuju kita boleh jlnkan perniagaan... saya sediakan cagaran rumah saya market value rm250k atau gelanggang futsal tu sendiri...

sekarang ni perniagaan futsal mmg diminati dan di kawasan saya nak buat ni belum ada futsal court.. tempat yg strategik...
