Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan, co-ordinate pallet audits and reconciliation.
2. Manage customer?s transaction thru CHEP asset management tools, helpdesk assistant and training.
3. Analysis and monitor customers progress thru monthly KPI reporting, accuracy and timeliness for management review
4. Co-ordinate with customers and transporters on the progress for backhauling of available pallets
5. Attend and response to all customers enquiries, request and transactional errors on a timely manner
6. Assist and support Key Account and Customer Service Managers with data analysis reporting as require
Qualification Required:
1. SPM/Diploma / Degree Holders
2. 1 ? 2 years working experience in Customer Service. Preference will be given to those from the logistic background skilled in reconciliation function
3. Good communication skills
4. Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Words and Power Point
5. Able to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin and other languages will be an added advantage
