Responsibilities
-Involve in daily system operations and administration task
-Monitor systems usage and performance
-Perform and monitor system schedule job to ensure it is completed successfully
-Perform daily check to ensure UPS is in good working condition
-Ensure tidiness and cleanliness of server room, SOO room and UPS room
-Effectively monitor to ensure servers, network equipment and lease line connectivity is available
-Handling of system, network, and security incidents efficiently and effectively
-Perform backup and restore as per schedule
Requirements
-Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
-Preferably at least 1 year of working experience in IT support
-Experience in troubleshooting computer hardware and software problems
-Must be able to carry-out technical support
-Passion for monitoring
-Excellent interpersonal skills and a good team player
-Willing to work flexible hours
-Communicate effectively to various groups of people and portray a pleasant personality
-Expand additional personal effort to ensure excellent customer service is provided
-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
