3. To ensure all invoices are sent correctly as per the address and ensure it is chopped and signed.

4. Auditing cash sales, ensuring that all cash sales have been banked in.

5. Daily bank in collection entry in computer and update bank book.

6. Updating books of accounts and book keeping, cash book and general ledger.

7. Reconciling bank statements against cash book. Ensure all withdrawal and deposits cleared in bank accurately.

8. Assist subordinate in bill collection.

9. Checking debit notes, credit notes for proper accounting and also prepare aging report for submission to credit controller committee.

11. Accept responsibilities from time to time to undertake any assignment related to duties instructed by his immediate superior for the department as well as other departments
