Ekin, my 1st degree is also Quantity Surveying whilst my 2nd degree is MBA in Finance.
The strategy to get work, is not to post a generic query like this. Instead, identify what you REALLY want, and ask the decision maker [eg if it's a QS consultancy, the proprietor or partner in charge; or if construction company, then write to the Head of HR, or if you have courage write to the Managing Director and tell him/her how you can become an asset to the company].
In the meantime, whilst you find your desired vocation, you can build respectable part time income with my company.
