I have an academic qualification in Degree in Biology and also a part time student Master in Science (Applied Biology). I also have working experience as Research Assistant in Microbiology Laboratory and also as a Teaching Assistant for student Degree in Biomolecular for their laboratory's practical. I also able to handle work in microbiology such as screening bacteria, grow bacteria, isolate bacteria, gram-staining, observe biofilm formation using environmental scanning electron microscope, collect samples, able to handle work in molecular such as extract DNA, run Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) process, run gel electrophoresis, able to handle High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and able to handle work in preservation and conservation of animals and plants.
