Saya mencari kedai dobi untuk di jual sekitar Puchong dengan harga diantara RM20k hingga RM30k

Kedai dobi di putrawalk,seri kembangan untuk diambil alih.
Harga RM22000.
Harga adalah termasuk;
Deposit kedai RM10000

1 unit mesin basuh 12kg
1 unit mesin basuh 5kg
1 unit dryer double deck
1 unit steam iron
1 unit water pump
2 unit tanki air
1 unit chiller
selain itu , diberi semua termasuk
rak,2 kaunter,2 signboard dan kelengkapan yang ada
didalam kedai. Mempunyai ramai regular customer.

Harga semua adalah RM12000, RM10000 lagi
adalah deposit kedai yang akan dikembalikan bila habis kontrak nanti.
sewa kedai RM2500.kedai memang luas.boleh buat business lain dihadapan kedai jika berminat.

Lokasi kedai berhampiran JJ taman equine.Terpaksa jual sebab tiada pekerja dan akan berpindah ke kedah
