Project Manager
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or any related engineering background with experience in programming and huge passion in software development management with the ability to guide and mentor other people to achieve the objective of the project.
Ability to manage a group of people
Good communication skills in both Bahasa Melayu and English Language
Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
Able to interface between customers and the team
Systematic and good in documentation
Able to be a good mentor and promote good teamwork
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in managing software development projects
Knowledge and experience in CMMI is a plus
System Analyst
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or any related engineering background with experience in programming and huge passion in designing software with the ability to think outside the box.
Ability to design world-class software
Good communication skills in both Bahasa Melayu and English Language
Ability to put together inputs from both business and technical sides
Able to put the design into documents for easy reference
Able to mentor programmers to follow the design
Able to do independent research to improve new and existing systems
Systematic and good in documentation
Knowledge and experience in CMMI is a plus
R&D Engineer
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or any related engineering background with huge passion in programming and software development and able to independently research on new ways and tools to improve the systems.
