VACANCY
QUANTITY SURVEYOR (1 POSITION) ? LUMUT, PERAK
Responsibilities:
Pre-Contract Responsibilities:
1. General preparation and submission of tenders including measurement of quantities;
2. Accurate interpretation of all tender drawings, BQ specifications and other tender requirements;
3. Clarification on discrepancies of tender drawings; obtain clarification and confirmation to all ambiguities of tender;
4. Responsible in the sourcing of competitive and reliable suppliers and sub-contractors;
5. Administer the filing system and safekeeping of tender quotations;
6. Responsible in analysis of tender pricing and quotations;
7. Responsible in reviewing, evaluating and making recommendations on tender quotations;
8. Ability to assist in preparing feasibility studies (FS) & Life Cycle Costing (LCC).
Post-Contract Responsibilities:
1. Monitor timely award of sub-contracts and timely submission of progress claims;
2. Comprehensive documenting of Change Orders;
3. Administer project and subcontractors' final account;
4. Assist in sample submission, material ordering and material controls;
5. Monitoring of major cost elements and highlighting deviations.
Requirements:
1. Candidates must possess Bachelor of Quantity Surveying or equivalent from a recognized institution;
2. At least 1 - 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
3. Good knowledge of contract administration, cost estimation and well verse in pricing;
4. Self-initiating and self-motivated with a great passion for details;
5. Conversant in standard of measurement rules and BQ preparation;
6. Required computer skills : AutoCAD and Microsoft Office;
7. Strong communication skills both oral and written English;
8. Must be willing to travel and relocate.
CIVIL ENGINEER (1 POSITION) ? LUMUT, PERAK

Requirements:-
1. Knowledge on ISO 9001:2000 system.
2. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor?s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent from a recognized university.
3. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
4. Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.
5. Preferably candidate specializing in Engineering ? Civil / Construction / Structural or equivalent.
6. Minimum 2 years working experience in the planning, design, coordination and implementation of infrastructural projects
7. Possess leadership quality and innovation approach to new challenges
8. Able to liaise with authorities and clients at different stages of project, implementation as well as resolve design and site issues.
9. Able to coordinate design and construction works
10. Able to work with minimum supervision
