Assalamualaikum dan salam sejahtera kepada semua,
Saya sedang mencari pelabur/funder/business partner yang berminat dengan perniagaan fashion boutique.
Bisnes ini akan bertapak di kota kinabalu (Sabah), dan sebelum ini, saya hanya melakukan perniagaan jual secara online, buat tempahan dari customer, lalu menghantar kepada customer kerana tidak mempunyai modal yang cukup untuk buka kedai sendiri.
Saya berazam untuk buka kedai boutique fashion tetapi tidak cukup modal, jadi bila lagi boleh buka kedai kan... berharap ada yang berminat menjadi funder atau business partner.
Pelan/Rancangan perniagaan, detail jualan dan anggaran keuntungan akan diberikan kepada bakal funder/business partner yang berminat.

The boutique has been operating for more than 4 years already and now its time to expanding the shop to a bigger space.

MR HUMPREY J KASIL, your action is very childish. and thank you for talking nonsense about me, i can use this in court. one more thing, why dont you TELL THEM THE TRUTH THAT YOU ARE THE LIAR instead of pointing your fingers at me. You haven't said the whole truth where you promise to fund rm500 each month and when i said the rental is not enough to pay, you bail out in the end by giving tons of excuses. who is the liar? i have my own right to terminate the contract because you your self didnt follow the agreement. and you threaten to bring me to court and threaten to pay 7K. i want to sell the shop to terminate the contract and to pay your 7K back that is y i am selling the boutique so thank you for judging a book by its cover. just remember if you take charges against me, then ill take my own charges against you, remember you have nothing on me, but i do. so think what you are saying here before seeing me in court. have a good day.
