Prosedur mudah :
1. Lilit Abdominal Lift Attachment pada sekeliling pinggang. Pastikan kedudukan pad di tengah-tengah.
2. Lekatkan bengkung & pad, tarik kedua-dua belah bengkung sehingga melekat pada pad.
3. Bagi mengelakkan bengkung melorot ke bawah, tarik ke atas bahagian perut & lekatkan pada sebelah lagi pad.
Prosedur mudah :
1. Lilit Abdominal Lift Attachment pada sekeliling pinggang. Pastikan kedudukan pad di tengah-tengah.
