Vacancy: Marketing Cum Admin
* Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards to customers at all times.
* Deliver excellent customer service and handle incoming customer enquiries.
* Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
* Communicating with customers through various channels.
* Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
* Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
* Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
* Respond to customer calls, email and answers questions about products and services.
* Gather feedback from customers, observe front-line issues such as application failure, payment issues, product enquiries and clarifications etc, and report promptly to supervisor.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge and assimilates quickly to new promotional offers and programs.
* Compiling, maintaining and updating company records.
* Managing office inventory and working with vendors to ensure the regular supply of office materials.
* Setting up appointments, scheduling meetings, distributing reports and managing the correspondence between the office and external bodies
Requirements:
* Candidate should possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
* Required skill (s) : good personal & communication skill, good analytical & conceptual skill, good business development skill.
* Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and result oriented.
* Must possess own car and willing to travel.
* Required language (s) : Bahasa Malaysia, & English
* At least 3 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to be based in No 53-02 & 55-02, Jalan Setia Tropika 1/8, Taman Setia Tropika 81200 Johor Bahru.
* Full-Time position
