I am a Malaysian Chinese woman and interested in setting up my own franchise system. Will I get a financial support if I become an MFA member? OR Am I eligible for any financial assistance from the Financial Institutions or the government.

For your information, there are a few government agencies that offer franchise financing scheme such as Perbadanan Nasional Berhad (PNS), SME Bank and through Credit Guarantee Corporation we have Maybank and CIMB Bank. In order for you to get financial assistance some of them require you to be the members of MFA. You can check the details of their financial scheme through their own website. As you are still new in franchise industry, the best is that for you to attend related seminars, talks and trainings. Enrolling in one of our training such as BASIC FRANCHISING COURSE would be a great decision as a start up. You can meet up with the industry experts during the programs. Beside that, we would advise for you to keep yourself knowledgeable and updated by reading related material such as books on franchising that we have on sale. We at MFA are glad to guide you.
