agak2 ada sambutan ker..suram jer bila lalu..tp x tau la bila giant buka..ok plak..
Dulu sy ada berhajat nak sewa..tp lau rm350 kat atas plak..mcm x berbaloi..xder org singgah..nampak terang pun yg MAEPS sewa..try nego minta sewa 6bln pertama dlm rm250 kmudian lau ok& nak sambung..baru ikut harga asal...dr kosong xder org sewa kan...tapi..hampa...Kalau bwh.. ok lagi la..wpun org x singgah..kurang2 letak banner lawa2..org akan pandang...

sorry, tingkat bawah semua dah penuh. Semua dah ade penyewa... Tingkat atas pun tinggal beberape unit sahaje. Penyewa2 kebanyakkan nye nak bukak saing dgn Giant. Jadi kalau saudara saudari nampak macam kosong, sebenarnye, 80% tapak dan lot kedai dah ade penyewa.

**Tapak khemah 8x8, kedai 15x12.

Tapak kedai bawah dah penuh. Tapi tapak kaki lima masih kosong. Call je nombor yg tertera.

So, mmg tgh sesak dan xde parking kat sini harini sampai la weekend. Ade ura2 sewa nak naik. Jadi sila response segera.
