I'm Reine, graduate from UMP 2013 in the stream of Chemical Engineering (Gas Technology) looking for a job related to Procurement/ Proposal.

Completed internship as Procurement Engineer in Oil and Gas industry for 3 months and previously worked as Procurement cum Proposal Engineer for 1 month in the same industry. My job scopes including

1) Assist senior procurement engineer in sourcing, negotiating the best price and purchasing process for the materials for the projects;
2) Preparing, processing and submitting tenders including both technical and commercial proposal as per client?s requirements;
3) Providing day-to-day report progress and any updates of each tenders assigned by supervisor;
4) Responsible in compilation of tenders, filing the project folder including softcopy and hardcopy for on-going and complete projects;
5) Dealing with the potential suppliers for RFQ in purchasing the materials and supplies for any projects;
6) Review and recommend on quotations to clients and from the suppliers;
7) Keep updating the change and amendments of SOW of any orders and time extension.
8) Follow-up on RFQ and tender documentation requirements receive from clients including PETRONAS, Shell, SapuraKencana, Petra Energy, Talisman.

I can start work immediately.
