I am Nazirah Binti Mohamad,have been study in Diploma in Business and Management currently looking a job for my career.(fresh grad) I am a very discipline person and can make multitask work. I also like to challenge my self in anything that i'm doing and like to learn a new things.I also can handle my stress very well.
I have gain experienced in HR team during my internship for 3 month and have become the HR assistance for 3 month in the IT company at Cyberjaya. 1)know the process in making employment passport for the foreigner staff (EP application)
2)Allies with the insurance in enrollment and deletion of staff
3)know the basic of SAP
4)make the filing and checked the document for over 600 headcount in the company
5)prepare letter that requested by staff,service line manager or team lead
-confirmation letter
-bachelor confirmation letter
-offer letter
-verification letter
-training bond letter
-medical check up letter
-extension of probation letter
6)help the recruitment in the recruitment process
-call to make the interview appointment
-prepare the offer letter
-prepare the medical checkup letter
-check in the world background
-make the verity for the staff
-prepare the ID card and access card for the new joiner
7)know the basic in PO(purchase order)
