salam warga mc.....tlg bagi pendapat,deposit dah byr 24k..tapi loan xlulus.mcmane nak buat,xkan nak biarkan deposit hangus mcm 2 je....

jk bayar melalui lawyer/agen, deposit tu boleh ambil balik. Takkan u bayar tnpa pe2 agreement. atau try bincang ngan owner n u tlg cari buyer....

Deposit will be refundable once loan is not approved.Itu memang term and conditios for mana2 loan.Duit anda takkan hangus.

paling kurang pon tolak fee dier...xkan hangus nyer...hati2 ok...orang2 camtu putar belit punya olang....tnya pada orang2 yang pernah beli rumah,pastu cek agreement u...ade x term tuh??ok??

sy pun tgh tunggu bank letter. agen kata loan dah approve dan sign snp dulu sbb loan takda masalah. tapi sampai skang offer letter tak dpt. takut jugak kot sangkut slg tak sign offer letter. lagipun dlm aggreement rasanya ada tulis deposit burn kalu tak dpt settle baki dlm 90 hari rasanya. nizam 72 nanti update kes awak kat sini ye. thank you.

sepatutnya deposit x burn...tapi kena tgk gak agreement ngan agen...noora 5, buyer kitorang pun alami masalah sama...bulan 12 aritu bank cakap loan dah approve tapi masuk je 2012, ada yg approve ada yg tak...kitorang yg pening..bank ckp 2012 ada polisi baru

Itu la ko org, len kali kalau nak beli apa2 mintak document dulu masuk loan pastu baru arrange dgn lawyer kalau loan approved utk buat S&P. Kalau beli dengan developer,deposit mmg hangus kecuali cari penganti atau tambah nama pendua pastu appeal kat bank buat fresh application

sy pun pemaju jugak, deposit hangus jika pembatalan atas kehendak pembeli tanpa sb manasabah,jika loan x lulus, deposit dpt blk smua kerana pemaju kena check credibiliti pembelisblm proceeed loan/ambik deposit.
