Other Terms & Conditions of these Highway Contract which based on Direct Negotiation Thru SPV Company Al- Quddus Capital Limited .

1. Contract has to submit 2 set of coloured copies of Company Profile complete with Annual Report (Latest 2 yrs) .
2. Mandatory ?Earnest Money? at minimum of 2% (Two) percent of the contract Sum, which is refundable upon the 10% ? 15% Mobilization. Mobilization will paid within 45(Fourty five) days after the ?Letter of Award? is issued to the contract .
3. Earnest Money shall be paid to the Turnkey Developer cum Funder messrs Al- Quddus Capital Limited or Kolacor Systems Limited. In form of Banker?s Chaque or Demand Draft.
4. The contract shall formed a registered company in Kingdom of Thailand to Joint ? Venture witch Government Link company or Any Designated/ Appointed company by the Ministry of Transport of Kingdom of Thailand or SPV company in Thailand.
5. Other Terms conditions i.e Equity shares, Cost?plus etc. W ill be discussed or stated in another supplementary Agreement.
6. Other standard requirement i.e. Performance Bond, Insurances Authorities of Kingdom of Thailand to be complied.
7. Commitment Fes to serve the Issuing Fees or Bank Charges shall be paid to KOLACOR SYSTEM LIMITED as our Fund provider?s Fees, which is refundable upon the Credit Lines is liquidated from the designated Bank. For the overall funding for the said projects.
8. The Issuing Fees are estimated at 0.025% or Negotiated with the fund provider subject to the agreeable and capable amount from the faced?value.

Every 10th Day Of the month submit claim and payment on the

Guarantee Agreement : 5% - Performance Bond (BG)
Advanced : 20% - BG
