Clerk (Sales - Transport Division)

Job Descriptions:
? To solicit new taxi drivers
? To prepare documentation for taxi sales agreement.
? To arrange taxi sales agreement stamping.
? To update new driver information in the TMS including contacts information, driving license, etc.
? To update status of taxi sales in daily report
? To prepare sales monthly report.
? To arrange delivery of taxis to drivers.
? To assist in the promotion of taxi sales i.e. via pamphlet, etc.
? To assist operation office to plan for sales strategy
? To perform any other tasks as and when required by the superior

Job Requirements:
? Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/, Professional Certificate, Diploma
? At least 1 years of working experience in the related function
? Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent
? Good written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa & English
? Computer literate
? Pleasant personality
