We are looking for interest candidates for the Position of Junior Executive, Admin.
Experience: at least 1-2 years in similar or equivalent position.
Qualification: Degree in any disciplines, preferably in Hospitality/Tourism, Office Management, Business Administration or equivalent
Job Description:
? To prepare invoice and exchange order
? To file and retrieve the documentation.
? To arrange and make hotel booking.
? To prepare hotel voucher.
? To manage and maintain corporate sales and government warrant.
? To prepare sales report in every week and month.
? To perform any other task as may be assigned by superior from time to time.
Job Requirement:
? Degree in any disciplines, preferably in Hospitality/Tourism, Office Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
? Required language (s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
? At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
