1. ADMIN ASSISTANT/HR
? Female/Malay/Diploma or Degree
? Responsible for administration and processing monthly payroll. Calculate Overtime and Commissions accurately
? Accurate data entry into the payroll system
? Prepare monthly payroll reports and documents for submission to relevant parties such as EPF, SOCSO, Zakat Form, Income Tax & etc
? Update and maintain employee records, medical records and leave records
? Maintain personal files of employees and confidential information
? Able to work in a fast pace environment, multi-task and complete work within deadlines
? Perform other related work as and when assigned
2. Account Assistant
? Responsible to handle full set of account that include account receivable, account payable, general ledger, weekly cash flow and any other treasury matter.
? To be responsible for bank and cash data input to company accounting program end ensure the accuracy of handling the data.
? Counter check on all the claims and invoices before send it for approval and payment
? Report and updating monthly forecast, budget and actual management account
? Prepare all payables and receivables for the company
? To handles all petty cash claims
? Attending all inquiry about payment status
? Prepare TT/LC and check payment for the duly approved invoiced
? Manage and maintain proper accounting system & procedure
? Liase with auditor and bankers
? Follow up with customer for payment
Qualification and Requirements:
? Preferable Female & Muslim only.
? At least 1-2 year(s) of related working experience in accounting field
? Min Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
? Good communication skills in written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
? Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office Application.
? Must have positive attitude and high discipline.
? Can start work immediately.
