Protokol pindaan terhadap Memorandum Persefahaman (MoU) mengenai pengambilan pembantu rumah Indonesia yang ditandatangan malam ini menetapkan RM4,511 sebagai bayaran pengambilan pembantu rumah Indonesia oleh pihak majikan Malaysia.

Menteri Sember Manusia, Datuk Dr S Subramaniam, berkata jumlah itu adalah RM2,711 oleh pihak majikan dan RM1,800 adalah bayaran pekerja yang didahulukan oleh pihak majikan kepada agensi pekerjaan.
"Majikan dibenarkan memotong gaji pekerja sebanyak RM1,800 dengan syarat pemotongan itu tidak boleh lebih daripada 50 peratus daripada gaji bulanan pembantu rumah," katanya kepada selepas majlis penandatanganan MoU baru itu.
