saya ingin menjual kebun getah,pokok berusia 14 tahun dgn kluasan 2.96akar.tanah terletak di chegar galah, Kuala Kangsar,Perak.
-pengangkutan motor dan 4x4 sampai ke kebun.
-jarak ladang dari jalan bertar 1 km.
-keadaan ladang bersih dan kemas.
-disediakan juga tong air utk tujuan racun dan pembajaan.
-geran 1 nama
-sebab ingin menjual berpindah tempat kerja.
-Harga keseluruhan 115k.
-harga boleh nego.
