Eligibility:
? Diploma/Degree holder in any stream
? 5 to 6 years of sales experience
? Proven track record in achieving sales targets
? Experience in managing and directing a sales team
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
? Fluency in MS Office, must be able to review excel spread-sheets
Fixed Allowance - RM 850.00
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Penang, Johor, Melaka.

Job Description:
? Manages respective geographic sales area to maximize sales revenues and meet team revenue objectives.
? Performs sales activities on major accounts
? Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
? Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, coaching, counselling, skills development and product knowledge development.
? Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team
? Monitor the achievement of sales objectives by the sales team
? Track, collate and interpret sales figures
? Generate timely sales reports
? Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis
? Analyze data to identify sales opportunities
