ADMIN CUM HR ASSISTANT
Job Responsibility
* Handle daily administrative activities
* Payroll processing including monitor employees’ attendance and leave record, commission calculation, make contribution to government statutory, etc.
* Maintaining up-to-date HR files and databases.
* Orienting new employees to the organization.
* Participating in recruitment efforts.
* Assisting in training arrangement, annual dinner and any company events.
* Assisting in developing SOPs for Group HR processes.
* Any other ad-hoc administrative jobs assigned from time to time
Job Requirements
- Malaysian female preferably in age group 23-28.
- Minimum Diploma qualification in HR disciplines or Business Administration.
- A good 1-2 years of HR and payroll experience.
Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, General HR skill, Administration Skill
- Knowledge of current legislation relating to human resource management.
Must be willing to work at Pasir Gudang.
