We are from DEMC Specialist Hospital Shah Alam would like to offer job vacancies in our company.
1) Admission Assistant
Requirement:
- Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma in any related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospital setting/environment.
- Willing to work on shift/overtime.
- Able to work in team & multitask.
- Pleasant personality, excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
- Professional appearance and attitude and excellent customer service skills.
Job Description :
-to process all admission for the day which GL or deposit must be collected
-to alert superior for any problem occur during the process of admission
-to process GL for planned admission whenever it is required
-to assist stock take for data entry purposes
-to check admission listing of patient in ward before shift is over and ensure patient is place based on their entitlement
2 ) Medical Secretary (Assistant)
Contract ( 3 months or 6 months)
Temporary replacement for maternity staff
Period: Feb2015 ? May2015
Requirement:
- Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma in any related field
- Fresh grad or practical student are encourage to apply
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft office (Excel,Power Power Point, Words)
- Pleasant personality, excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
- Professional appearance and attitude
Job Description:
- to assist and provide support to all Specialist Services key responsibilities
-responsible for completing doctor?s referral letters on Specialist ?s request
-handle and manage doctor?s leave and absences
-manage and coordinate medical student attachments schedule
-manage any specialist meetings in term of planning, invitation, minutes and other associated matters
3 ) De Inpatient Dining Assistant
Requirement:
-Minimum SPM
-Female with pleasant personality
-Minimum 1 year experience in hospital setting/environment.
-Able to work in team & multitask.
-Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
-Professional appearance and attitude and excellent customer service skills
Job Description:
- Assists Chef with making appropriate daily menu selections
- assist Chef to do some clerical job like typing and filling
- to assist Chef at cold kitchen
-perform other related duties as assigned
